Description:

This is a lovely local undulating walk with fine views. We will head out of town on the Cotswold Way and climb up to Cam Long Down for views of the Severn Vale, The Malverns and Wales.

We will descend off the steep end (can be slippery) and then climb up to Uley Bury for more great countryside views.

After another steep descent into Uley we will stop for our picnic lunch at St Giles Church.

We return ‘the flat way’ via the Ewelme valley for splendid end-of-festival tea and cakes at the Methodist Church Hall.
